Primary Objective: Supports and provides collaborative, appropriate, proficient, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations, including working with and alongside less experienced nursing and midwifery staff, within the specialty area. One vacancy is available, either ongoing or fixed for 2 years. If the most suitable applicant does not hold the postgraduate qualification, they may be appointed on a fixed basis with ongoing appointment subject to attaining the qualification during the fixed term.
Responsibilities
* Provide collaborative, appropriate, proficient, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations within the specialty area.
* Mentor and work alongside less experienced nursing and midwifery staff.
* Participate in activities to support service delivery within the Primary and Public Health Care Outreach Services.
Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification is an essential requirement for ongoing appointment to this vacancy.
* Applicants will be assessed if they do not hold the qualification; may be appointed on a fixed basis with progress toward qualification during the fixed term.
