About the Role
We are seeking a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support the store manager with daily operations and create an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members. Located in Winnellie, Northern Territory, this casual role involves working across multiple stores in Darwin & Palmerston area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices
2. Sort, price, and prepare donations for sale
3. Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation
4. Provide exceptional customer service
5. Display stock according to policy and procedure
6. Follow Occupational Health and Safety policies
7. Demonstrate TSA core values in all activities
8. Be available to work across 4 stores in Darwin & Palmerston area
About You
1. Retail sales experience (highly regarded but not essential)
2. Strong customer service skills
3. Genuine passion and ability to deliver results
4. Alignment with our values: integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, diversity
5. High energy, hands-on, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and across various locations
