The Global Services (GS) department at Bosch provides accounting information to local management and regional business units to support strategic decision making. GS also acts as business partner to the business in order to ensure long term growth and sustainability across the organisation.
Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Accounts Payable Accountant. This is a 15-month maximum-term, full-time opportunity at our Clayton office (until July 2026).
Position responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring on time payment of all local and overseas creditors within agreed payment cycles.
* Supporting maintenance of vendor accounts with current balance and review duplicate vendors on a quarterly basis.
* Liaising with Regional Shared Services and local accounts payable monitor users to ensure timely approval and on time payment of invoices.
* Accounting support for Intercompany reconciliation tool, ensuring Shared Services reconcile the balances with the Intercompany entities on a timely basis.
* Ensuring intercompany payables are current and queries resolved in a timely manner.
* Supporting the organisation to ensure compliance in the invoice to pay process.
Qualifications
We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:
* Business/Accounting qualification is preferable.
* Have a demonstrable background in Accounting/Finance/Accounts Payable.
* SAP FI knowledge is desirable.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with customer centric focus.
