We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Settlements Specialist/Disbursements Specialist to join our Yatala-based team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and compliant preparation and execution of settlement payments for our sellers. Responsibilities - Prepare settlement statements in accordance with RB Global policies and compliance controls. - Process payments for consignors, advances, inventory purchases, and post-sale reconciliations. - Ensure banking information and financial accounts are set up accurately and securely. - Collaborate with legal and operations teams to resolve any discrepancies or contractual issues. - Maintain financial records and manage key accounts such as auction proceeds, holdbacks, and repairs. - Ensure transactions comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and internal policy requirements. - Contribute to the quality assurance and KPI reporting process for the Seller Services team. - Provide support for special projects and other financial administrative tasks as required. Requirements - 1–3 years' experience in a financial, accounting, legal, or banking environment. - Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Strong organisational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Working Environment - Office-based role in Yatala, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
