We're seeking a Career Developer to join our team in Northam. As a Career Developer, you'll empower individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions to build better working lives.
This role involves guiding clients towards job-readiness and creating opportunities for employment. You'll encourage and motivate participants through various activities, foster relationships with local employers to source job opportunities, and place participants into sustainable employment.
To succeed, you'll need sales experience, customer service skills, and the ability to work with people facing challenges. You must be comfortable liaising with external and internal stakeholders and have proven experience working with targets and KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
