We are on the lookout for casual bar staff to join our friendly, community-driven team for the upcoming season.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a social environment, works well in a team, and is keen to be part of a local club rather than just another workplace.
About the Role
You'll be working across a mix of weekday training nights and weekend game days, with shifts ranging from steady trade to busy game-day rushes.
Available shifts include:
* Wednesday nights
* Friday nights
* Saturday (all day)
* Sunday mornings
Hours are seasonal and flexible, depending on availability and club schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Bar service and general customer service
* Making coffees and basic barista duties
* Operating a POS system
* Bar set-up and pack-down
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
* Working collaboratively with the bar team
* Adhering to health, safety, and RSA requirements
What We're Looking For
* No prior bar experience required - training provided
* Previous customer service experience is preferred
* RSA required
* Barista experience highly regarded
* Someone efficient, proactive, and quick on their feet
* A friendly, easygoing personality who enjoys working with people and thrives in hospitality
* Keen to be part of the Campbelltown community
