• Logistics and Operations Lead for the AH-64E Apache helicopter program
Role & Responsibilities
* Be an integral part of the Supply Chain Capability and contribute to the business growth strategy
* Analyze and lead in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
* Analyze and develop compliance tools that link with ADF regulations and safety standards
* Manage and monitor defence supply chain delivery and financial performance
* Lead and coordinate warehouse logistical operations encompassing governance and stocktaking
* Analyze and lead the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting the logistics operations
* Analyze business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate them into ASF supply chain operations
Qualifications
* Demonstrated 10+ years experience in Defence aerospace/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supply chain management
* Experience in Defence warehousing and distribution systems and methodologies
* Superior knowledge of the Australian Defence Force Electronic Supply Chain Manual and its application
* Capable of astute prioritisation of work in a demanding and dynamic environment
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills
* Proven experience in identifying, establishing and promoting supply process improvements
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
* Team‑oriented and thrives on a challenge
