Business Analyst, Systems Implementation We are recruiting a mid-level Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. You'll play a key role in implementing a new system that will replace the current technology and provide the business with a more efficient operational work list. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience in system implementation. Project Overview This project involves rolling out a smarter, more balanced system to manage workflows for the business. This new system will handle the entire process from end to end. They are currently finalising the design and dealing with a vendor, and they need a detail-oriented BA to help document and form the final solution. The project will impact multiple sites, directly contributing to a more efficient and effective process. Key Responsibilities Document and analyse requirements : You'll be responsible for the heavy lifting of documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis. Create process flows and diagrams : You'll use tools like Visio to create comprehensive workflow diagrams and process flows that will help shape the new system. Provide recommendations : Based on your analysis, you will provide clear recommendations to the project team. Data-heavy tasks : This is a hands-on role that involves a significant amount of data and documentation work. You won't be involved in direct stakeholder interactions, so your focus will be on the core analytical and documentation tasks. Required Skills and Experience Strong BA capabilities : Proven experience in a business analyst role, specifically with writing detailed requirements and documenting processes. System implementation : Experience working on a system implementation or technology replacement project is a must. Analytical skills : You must have strong analytical skills to effectively perform data and document-heavy tasks. Technical proficiency : Proficiency with tools for creating process flows and diagrams, such as Visio.
