Sparkways Early Learning Whittlesea is a welcoming and community-minded childcare centre that offers a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore, learn, and grow.
The centre offers programs for children from six weeks to school age, including long day care and integrated government-funded three and four-year-old kindergarten taught by experienced, qualified Early Childhood Teachers.
In the programs, educators and children are co-learners, embarking on a learning journey together. Children are encouraged, embraced, and supported to develop their unique strengths, abilities, and identities.

Available position – Casual Room Assistant Educator – Diploma Qualified
Some of our team have moved to permanent positions, so we are looking for a casual staff member who can cover staff on leave
* $45.50PH – this includes the MEA loading provided through the Early Childhood Education and Care Multi-Employer Agreement and the 25% casual loading
* Available for 8 hour shifts, at least three days per week. The three days must include Monday and/or Friday
* Available for opening and closing shifts – service hours are 6.45 am to 6.15 pm
* Diploma Qualification is required (or working towards)
* Start Date: available to start as soon as possible
* People-centred management with health and wellbeing initiatives inc FREE First Aid, CPR and Flu Vaccinations
* Paid time to do the new Child Safety Training
* Part of a for-purpose Early Childhood management company – we are big enough to provide great career pathways and small enough to know you as an individual
