Intro Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Foreman by a well established and known Construction Company, who are setting the standard in quality for the aged care space
You would be working with one of Australia's leading residential aged care providers offering premium accommodation and care services to meet the needs of its residents.
Due to recent success, they are now kicking off a brand new Aged Care project worth over $80M in South West Brisbane They have a Site Manager, Project Manager and Contracts Administrator and are ready for a Foreman who is looking for a great team and career progression.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee finishing aspects of the project ensuring quality standards.
- Manage on-site trades for efficient project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
- Foster a positive team culture, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
**As a Foreman you will have**:
- Ideally trade qualified however experience is key
- Min 1-2 years Foreman experience with reputable company
- You will be Reliable and Punctual
- You will have Great work ethic
