Remote Health Monitoring (RHM) delivers personalised care to people living in regional and remote South Australia, improving access to timely clinical support, strengthening self‐management, and reducing avoidable hospital admissions and emergency department presentations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and expertise to clinicians within Digital Transformation and Technical Services (DTTS).
* Support the operational functions of the RHM unit.
* Deliver technical assistance and education to patients, clients and staff.
* Contribute to quality improvement activities and research initiatives.
* Participate in the after‐hours technical support roster.
Who Are We Looking For?
* Strong technical skills and experience supporting digital or telehealth services.
* Confidence in providing education and support to clinicians and consumers with varying levels of technical understanding.
* Initiative and ability to contribute to quality improvement and service innovation.
* Collaborative working within a clinical environment and responsive technical support delivery.
