As an Executive Leader, you will spearhead the growth of our real estate digital presence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue and improve product adoption across digital platforms.
* BUILDING STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL CAPABILITIES ACROSS A TEAM OF FUNCTIONAL LEADS TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY, EFFECTIVENESS, AND QUALITY ACROSS ALL KEY AREAS.
* Leading cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and create a dynamic and engaged culture within the business.
* Presenting key updates, strategies, and sales reports to executive leadership.
You will be responsible for THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX and WORKING WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MARKET TO ACCELERATE REVENUE GROWTH OR MITIGATE LOSSES.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Circa 6+ years of senior sales/director-level experience.
* Experience in building and driving strategy.
* Cross-functional leadership experience across total headcounts of 10-50.
* A strong understanding of either real estate or digital trends.
* Ability to travel interstate on a quarterly basis.
* Experience with diverse product suites.
* Excellent financial acumen - P&Ls and forecasting.
* Results-driven, creative, and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
