With a reputation for delivering masterfully designed and architecturally distinct coastal residences with bespoke detailing, this is your opportunity to be involved in the development and construction of landmark Gold Coast projects.
They are growing, and they need you to
- Support the ongoing growth by establishing commercial structure across multiple projects
- Set up systems, procedures and oversee operational efficiencies
- Ensuring financial discipline across all active and current builds
- Work collaboratively with the Design Managers and Construction Manager
- Manage all aspects of pre‑contract, procurement and contracts administration
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate Contract Administrators
- Provide commercial risk advice to Clients and senior leadership as required
We are hoping that you have
- At least seven years experience in contracts administration within Tier Two or high end residential/ mixed use construction
- Deep understanding of AS2124 / AS 4000 style contracts, head/subcontract negotiation and compliance
- Proven capability managing the full commercial cycle on projects of $30 million and above from procurement through to final account
- Plan Sealing and Cost planning experience
- Financial forecasting, cash‑flow management and cost to complete reporting
- Advanced ability to assess and prepare variations, EOT’s and contractual claims
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying highly desirable
