**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?** 
There are two parts to this role - administration and back-of-house warehouse assisting. This is a key role in the business, and you have a team of under ten who will be relying on you to make the office hum. This is a role for a real people pleaser, who loves working behind the scenes to help others succeed. And don’t worry, you absolutely will be recognised for the work you do. Here is a snapshot of your responsibilties: 
- General office admin - greeting visitors, manning the phones, supplier orders, managing mailboxes, assisting with data entry and filing, diary management, events, general office upkeep 
- Sales admin - Assisting with sales quotes, customer service, follow-up calls 
- Receipt and Dispatch - accurate recordkeeping of goods, inspection of goods, preparing label and dispatch documentation, coordinating freight 
**THE NITTY GRITTY** 
Although your work will be assisting a team, your role itself can be autonomous at times, so we are seeking a self-starter. Your role is very customer focussed, so a positive attitude and nature about you is key. Your attention to detail must be exceptional and you need to be a bit of an all-rounder when it comes to office administration. Here is what would make us smile on a resume: 
- Experience in administration 
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
- An understanding or experience with accounts or sales administration
