Administrator – Family-Run Wood Heating Business
We're a small, family-owned wood heating business looking for a reliable and friendly Administrator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you enjoy being organised, talking to customers, and being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
You'll be the main point of contact for our customers and a key support to the wider team. Duties will include:
* Answering phone calls and emails
* Booking deliveries, installations, and servicing appointments
* Invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and filing
* Ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers
* General office administration and record-keeping
About you
* Organised, dependable, and good at juggling tasks
* Friendly and professional with customers
* Confident using computers (email, spreadsheets, basic accounting software)
* Previous admin or office experience preferred, but not essential
* Happy working in a small business where everyone pitches in
