As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing SAP master data related within our clients SAP system. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data, while also providing support to various modules like Material Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and others. They develop and implement data governance policies, perform data cleansing, and support users with master data related task. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. TOP 3 PRIORITIES OF ROLE: Identify gaps in communication between departments and create strategies to bridge the gaps. Identify work management process gaps within the planning space LT/ST and create strategies to improve the process. Identify low performance areas and assist in building skill set or knowledge by conducting one on one trainings.
