Due to continued growth, and a new $150m project awarded they are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join their thriving team.
You will be working with Industry professionals on fully resourced teams, with the mentorship & development in place to get the best out of yourself while enhancing your career.
ResponsibilitiesPreparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalization of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsAdministration of the project HSE system
QualificationsDegree qualified in construction management or equivalentExperience working on commercial newbuild projects for 3-5 Years MinimumKnowledge of the WA construction market and subcontractorsExceptional communication skills with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externallyBe able to competently lead a team financially on your own
