We are on an exciting journey to become Australia's Ultimate Home Style Destination. Our Customer Service team plays a key role in that mission, working hand-in-hand with our store teams to deliver memorable experiences across every customer interaction.
This isn't your typical big corporate call centre. You'll join a friendly, diverse, and supportive team in our brand-new, purpose-built Chadstone office — where your energy and empathy can truly make a difference.
We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team from November through April, supporting our busiest sales periods. You'll handle customer enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and social media), providing timely, thoughtful solutions that make every interaction a positive one.
How You'll Spend Your Day
* Assisting customers with enquiries on orders, products, deliveries, and returns
* Coordinating with delivery partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively
* Providing support to our stores and internal teams
* Completing admin and ad hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly
What You'll Bring
* A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for great customer experiences
* Empathy, professionalism and excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
* Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
* Ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence using computer systems and learning new applications
* Availability of 2–3 days per week, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm), with flexibility for occasional late nights or weekends during major events
