We're currently looking for a Production & Yard Supervisor to join our team at Lidcombe plant.
This role requires someone who's a strong problem solver with a high level of attention to detail.
Key responsibilities will include supporting a strong safety culture, managing production schedules and conflicting priorities, and coordinating deliveries.
Job Description
As a Production and Yard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production schedules and managing conflicting priorities. You'll also coordinate deliveries and manage contractors carrying out site maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience working in a supervisory or similar level, preferably within concrete or construction manufacturing environment
* Team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
* Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure
* Driver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader or forklift competency an advantage
