About the Role:
The Aviation Safety Coordinator will be an integral member of a collaborative team dedicated to success.
Responsibilities include providing support across Health, Safety and Quality functions, ensuring streamlined and compliant processes.
Key tasks involve:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for Governance office queries and visitors
* Coordination of key safety team meetings, workshops and events
* Managing Safety & Quality team inboxes and systems
* Providing day-to-day support to various teams
* Undertaking supplier management and control of Safety documentation
* Supporting regulatory compliance and certification throughout Health and Safety

Essential skills include intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills, ability to use SAP financial records, customer-service mindset, well-developed interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting a Safety team.
Desirable qualifications include certification in Internal Audit methodology, Certificate IV in Safety, or Certificate IV in Project Management.
