THE ROLE This role is responsible for the successful coordination of events and functions, including client (internal and external) liaison and dining operations. Planning includes compiling run sheets, floorplans, and managing invoicing. Provide administrative support to the site's management team. Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback. Liaise with kitchen and service teams regarding room setup and menu requirements. Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming service to customers and clients. THE PERSON Ideal candidate has previous experience in a function venue or large-scale event environment. Junior role is ideal for someone who has just kick-started their Functions Coordination career! Interest in the food and beverages / hospitality industry. Knowledge of front-of-house service and room setups is desirable. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Priava or other similar event management software. Detail-oriented.
