About The Role
Blayney Multi Purpose Service is currently undergoing an exciting redevelopment. We are seeking suitably experienced cooks to join our close knit kitchen team.
The B Grade Cook is an integral part of the health care team at Blayney providing high quality nutritious meals to patients and residents of the Blayney MPS in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs.
Utilising your knowledge of food safety & hygiene a typical workday entails checking the menus, meal preparation, cooking and cleaning. As well as delivering meals to patients and residents as well as the collection of trays after meals have been eating.
The successful applicants will work closely with all departments in the hospital. Nurses, HSM, Admin, dieticians and other Hospital Assistants.
Blayney is a small rural town that is growing in size. We are a very close-knit team that work together well to strive deliver excellent resident patient care. We are in the process of building a new hospital which will provide state of the art facilities for residents and staff.
