About the role
Reporting to the NSW State Manager, we are seeking a proven and high‑performing Sales Representative to oversee our North West region of Sydney. Putting customer experience first will be in your DNA, but you will be driven to ensure you come up with ways to ensure that choosing RWC will not be questioned. This will ultimately be to support the ambitious strategic growth objectives we are aspiring to. The role will be accountable for all aspects of the sales cycle and will be required to operate in a quick‑paced, dynamic environment.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Maintain & build strong relationships with our customers
- Drive Sales opportunities to our existing customer network
- Present & promote the features of our products to our customers
- Merchandise stores as designated in your region
- Attend promotional events with our major retail customers
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Have strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Be effective and efficient at time management.
- Sales‑focused & experienced with driving KPI's.
- Friendly disposition & strong customer‑focused.
- Own car & current driver’s licence (MV allowance will be provided).
- Capable of manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Occasional overnight travel required.
