**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-known and respected FMCG retailer, repairer, and supplier, whose operations are very well-known in a residential and commercial sense. They pride themselves on the highest standards when it comes to customer satisfaction, company/workplace culture and a common workplace goal. This role is a permanent, full time role and leading a team of seven customer service officers. This opportunity is in Moorabbin.
Reporting to the Customer Service Director, the main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Work solely to complete all areas of the customer cycle including sales order data entry.
- Maintain and update customer data and update them promptly on delivery times.
- Internal liaison with logistics, warehouse, sales, and finance staff.
- Issuing credits, refunds and dealing with customer complaints.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, daily.
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
