We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to provide exceptional service to our community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support face-to-face, in writing, and over the telephone.
About the Role
You will play a vital role in providing professional customer service to internal and external clients, managing customer complaints and requests for action, and maintaining confidentiality of Council information.
Key Responsibilities
* Log customer complaints and requests for action in our Customer Request Management system
* Assist with maintaining the Customer Service Centre and Self-Help area
* Operate effectively within a team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
What You Will Need
* The legal right to live and work in Australia
* A Class C (Car) Licence or greater
* Extensive office administration experience and strong written communication skills, including cash handling and reconciliation of financial data
