NOVAROSE CO is a boutique, modern nail and beauty studio in the heart of Noosa Heads. We specialise in premium hand, nail, and foot care treatments, delivering beautifully detailed work and a luxury client experience. Our studio is known for professionalism, high hygiene standards and exceptional customer service. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist with strong expertise in nail systems and hand/foot treatments, as well as confidence in general beauty services.
The Position
As a Beauty Therapist at NOVAROSE CO, your primary focus will be manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialised hand/foot treatments, while also performing a wider range of beauty services.
Core Focus – Hands, Nails & Foot Treatments
* Performing professional manicures and pedicures
* Applying gel, BIAB, acrylic systems
* Creating detailed nail art and decorative nail designs
* Application, infills, removal and repair of artificial nails
* Specialised hand and foot treatments including exfoliation, scrubs, spa rituals and hydration therapies
General Beauty Therapy Duties:
While your primary role at NOVAROSE CO centres on premium nail, hand and foot services, you will also support the studio by providing complementary beauty treatments and contributing to a personalised client experience. These may include:
* Welcoming clients, understanding their goals and assessing their skin and nail condition to ensure safe and suitable treatments
* Offering personalised recommendations for nail care, skincare and beauty services that complement our core treatments
* Demonstrating product knowledge and helping clients select items that support their aftercare needs
* Carrying out facial services and basic body relaxation treatments that enhance overall well-being and support NOVAROSE CO's premium service standards.
* Offering brow sculpting, lash tinting, lash lifts or extensions where your training and experience allow
* Managing client appointments, handling bookings and keeping accurate service notes in our system
* Providing clear aftercare instructions to ensure clients receive long-lasting results
* Upholding our high sanitation standards by maintaining a spotless, well-organised workspace throughout each day
* Assisting with reception, retail sales and general studio presentation when required
* Giving feedback on service processes and contributing to continuous improvements across the salon
About You
We are seeking a therapist who is talented, detail-driven and passionate about nails and client care.
You will ideally have:
* Certificate III or IV / Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Nails or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a salon/clinic environment
* Strong skills in nail shaping, cuticle work, gel/acrylic/SNS systems & nail art
* Exceptional hygiene standards and attention to detail
* Ability to consult confidently and provide personalised advice
* Warm, friendly demeanour and outstanding customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and within a small boutique team
* Full Australian working rights
