You’ll:
- Manage a caseload of NDIS participants and deliver high-quality therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early career clinicians.
- Support team operations including scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisation.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Stay up to date with NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA or SPA registration.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for mentoring others.
- Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice.
