Job Description:
Key Responsibilities include overseeing mobilisation and site construction activities, managing subcontractors and resources to meet project schedules, liaising with engineering during design phases to influence safe, cost-effective outcomes, ensuring quality documentation, certification, and close-out of work packs. Additionally, the role entails maintaining strong HSE leadership and compliance with Safety Case requirements, providing timely reporting, and resolving technical and logistical issues.
About You:
* Experience managing project teams in oil & gas or heavy industry is essential.
* Mechanical and structural construction background is required.
* The ability to lead teams of trades including riggers, scaffolders, and rope access crews is a must.
* Strong HSE knowledge and risk assessment experience are also required.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary for success.
