Clinical Support Officer (CSO)
Position: Administration Clinical Support Officer – Level 3 in the Anaesthetic Department, part‐time (16 hours per week) located in Wagga Wagga.
Responsibilities
* Support the Department of Anaesthesia with coordinating clinical schedules and maintaining accurate records.
* Assist in patient flow processes and ensure day‐to‐day administrative functions run smoothly.
* Collaborate closely with clinicians, nurses, and wider hospital teams to support safe, efficient service delivery.
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry, report preparation, and administrative coordination of patient care and quality initiatives.
* Coordinate resources, supplies, meetings, student placements, and travel to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
