About YOUR New Job
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take full ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with internal stakeholders. This role is a balanced mix of commercial finance, accounting oversight, and hands-on operational responsibility. You'll lead planning and analysis, ensure financial accuracy, and help shape strategic decision-making to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead financial planning & analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting
Oversee treasury, cash flow, and financial risk management
Manage all tax compliance requirements (GST, PAYE, FBT, annual returns, audit preparation)
Own the General Ledger, consolidation, external reporting, and performance reporting
Maintain accurate inventory valuation and cost analysis
Oversee settlements, payments, payroll, and debtor / creditor cycles
Administer profit-share calculations
Partner closely with leadership to support revenue, margin, and EBITDA growth
About YOU
You are an experienced Finance Manager or an aspiring Senior Accountant ready to step up. You bring a strong blend of technical accounting skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to influence outcomes across the business. You thrive in a hands-on environment where you can improve processes, add value, and take end-to-end ownership.
CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong background across accounting, FP&A, and business partnering
Able to work across strategic and operational finance
High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Strong Excel and systems capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
