Based in offices across the state, the role undertakes a range of tasks relating to tenancy and property management and the provision of housing advice and assistance.Tenancy and Property Officers are fully competent across the assigned housing functions and apply well developed experienced staff to work in an environment under general supervision.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEAssess client's needs and provide advice on housing options from a range of established policy, procedures and standards.Prepare routine cases with well established procedures and represent the Department at Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
