The role
Ready to lead and make an impact? We're looking for seasoned SMP Supervisor to lead and drive our Yatala project. Manage operations, hit deadlines, and champion safety—all while leading a skilled, hands-on team.
Supervise the installation, maintenance, and inspection of structural, mechanical, and piping systems with precision and flair.
Ensure every deliverable aligns with project specs, engineering standards, and regs—delivering results that exceed expectations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to smash milestones and keep projects on track.
Dive into contracts and specs to craft smart methodologies, staffing plans, and QA packages that wow clients.
Coordinate equipment and materials for seamless delivery, liaising with teams, subs, and suppliers to tackle challenges head-on.
Inspect work in real-time, upholding top-tier workmanship and schedules while fostering a problem-solving mindset.
Support leadership with reports, insights, and best-practice innovations rooted in Australian Standards and ISO ****.
Read and interpret drawings/specs like a pro, leveraging MS Office and client software to stay ahead of deadlines.
What we need you to have:
First Aid Certificate
2+ years in a similar supervisory role
OHS White Card
Working at Heights
HRWL
Current Driver's Licence
Proven track record managing structural, mechanical, and piping installs
Strong knowledge of industry best practices, Australian Standards, and ISO ****
Sharp skills in reading drawings/specs, data entry, MS Office, and client project tools
Deadline-crushing ability, prioritisation prowess, and a safety-first mindset
