About Your Role Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for an Operational Service Manager within our Communication Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC). In this role, you collaborate across diverse networks to deliver financially efficient and high-quality service delivery that ensures a sustainable cost effective delivery of services. Your Key Focus Collaborate to build service delivery capability across CIRC and more broadly across Scope Increase the effective utalisation of the workforce Manage, coach and mentor team members to support our business customers in the pursuit of their objectives Maintain systems and processes to ensure workforce management and optimization are in line with CIRC customer and client commitments and contracts Promote and embed a culture of ethical service delivery across CIRC What We Look For Ability to skillfully bring together strategic thinking and professional expertise and commercial acumen to deliver financially sustainable outcomes Extensive experience in rapidly developing stakeholder networks to deliver outcomes, including stakeholders with diverse communication requirements Experience leading, coaching and developing others Knowledge of Principles and practices of the budgetary process and financial operations Experience within the Disability/ and or Community Sector View the position description here!
