About the Role:

The Eating Disorder Residential Treatment Centre (EDRTC) is seeking the Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers or Dietitians to undertake the role of EDRTC Allied Health Professional Officers or Psychologists. There are two positions available, both part time - permanent, one is 0.6FTE and the other is 0.8FTE.

Under the limited direction of allied health team manager, the clinician provides clinical assessment and evidence-based intervention along with supporting intake into the centre. These interventions may include facilitating group sessions, meal support therapy, and key worker or individual/family sessions. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide support and supervision to staff at Health Professional Level 1, Allied Health Assistants, and students.

Additionally, the role is required to be available to work within all program areas of CAMHS, as service needs arise.

* Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
* Current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
* Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
* Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
