As we scale, we're looking for a foundational team member to be the driving force that manages our resources and timelines with analytical precision; You will be the engine that drives our efficiency.


The Role

We're seeking a commercially minded Digital Project / Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery across our portfolio of digital projects (Mobile apps, web platforms, cloud systems) while elevating and leading continuous improvements of our project management tools on Monday.com.

This role requires you to excel in business analysis, account management, product strategy, and particularly on project management tasks (sprint planning: timelines & deliverables, and continuous monitoring of project metrics). You will guide our clients from initial concepts through to successful delivery & maintenance of their digital projects, while expertly managing complex stakeholder relationships to ensure positive outcomes across all projects.

You will be instrumental in helping startups and large corporates validate their app ideas, facilitate strategic workshops, and translate intricate business needs into clear technical requirements for our team members to follow and deliver. Your responsibilities will also include managing multi-year product roadmaps across multiple projects ranging from innovative AI startups to large enterprise initiatives, all while ensuring our development teams remain productive and our clients consistently satisfied.


What You'll Do

Optimise delivery processes and methodologies using data-driven insights, KPI dashboards, and Monday.com automations/integrations .

Track and report on portfolio performance, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement

Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA) to deliver projects on time, on budget, to spec

Manage project budgets, scope changes, resource allocation, and commercial considerations


Client & Account Management

Serve as the primary trusted advisor for assigned accounts, managing regular touch points and proactively identifying needs

Naviagte complex stakeholder landscapes across technical teams, digital heads, and executive boards

Oversee ongoing support, enhancement work, and release management for existing applications

Identify upsell opportunities and position DreamWalk as a long-term strategic partner, not just a vendor


New Client Engagement & Product Strategy

Lead discovery workshops and validation sessions, helping clients define their MVP and business case before major investment

Transform business needs into development-ready specifications with user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements

Create multi-year product roadmaps with technology recommendations, cost estimates, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies

Produce executive reports, user flows, and strategic materials that enable informed client decision-making


Team Player

Foster collaboration across DreamWalk team members and ensure smooth handoffs between project phases

Stay current with technology trends and share insights to drive innovation

Support our relaxed, ego-free culture and mentor junior team members


What We're Looking For


Essential Experience & Skills

3+ years in project management, business analysis, or product management within software development agencies or product companies

Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering successful software projects

Strong grasp of SDLC and agile methodologies, with experience facilitating workshops and discovery processes

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively from developers to C-suite

Proven experience with monday.com or similar PM tools.

Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, estimates, and contracts

Technical curious—you understand platforms, architectures, and trade-offs without necessarily being a developer.

Extensive experience using AI tools in your daily workflow.


Highly Desirable

Advanced automation capabilities with AI tools for daily workflow integration.

Mobile app development experience (iOS/Android) and product management background

PM or Agile certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO)

Experience creating business cases, executive reports, and UX/UI familiarity
