Central Gippsland Health (CGH) is a sub-regional health service and the major provider of health and aged care services in the Wellington Shire. About the Role
Food Service Assistants contribute to the preparation and delivery of food to the patients / residents and the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients / residents, staff and visitors to Central Gippsland Health. The role upholds high standards of quality care and service, reliability and safety, and supports the organisation's vision, mission and values.
Duties
Comply with food safety guidelines, including CGH Food Safety Plan, in the conduct of work activities.
Clean and sanitise cooking and food preparation areas.
Distribute meals to patients.
Wash dishes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Desirable – Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
