This role requires a highly skilled and ambitious sales professional to drive business growth through new business acquisition and account management. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities, managing a strong pipeline of prospects, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Job Description
* Generate and close new business opportunities through strategic hunting, prospecting, and conversion of mid-market and SME clients
* Present tailored solutions that deliver business outcomes, not just pricing
* Manage and grow an assigned customer base
* Deliver renewals, cross-sell, and upsell outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Sales experience in telco, IT, SaaS, or business-to-business is highly valued
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of telco or IT services
* Confident presenting solutions and closing opportunities
* Professional, reliable, organised, and motivated
* Comfortable speaking with decision-makers (Owners, CFOs, GMs, IT Managers)
* Strong relationship-building and account management skills
