URGENT HIRING: Community Disability Support Worker

Required Documents
* A current full Australian driver’s license and own car.
* Comprehensive Car Insurance.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Requirements
* Fluent in English.
* Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering high-care support.
* Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
* Available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.
* Willing to work sleepover shifts.
* Experience assisting with in-home exercises and daily routines.
* Experience supporting clients with epilepsy or willingness to undertake training.
* Understanding of supporting clients classified as complex due to high seizure risk.
* In-house training will be provided, including epilepsy management and emergency response.

About the role:
Your role is to provide exceptional service while supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:
* Providing intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to improve physical and mental health.
* Planning client activities and social outings.
* Developing connections with the community and helping clients achieve their goals.
* Assisting with daily living needs, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and community outings.
* Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing roles.
* Being on-call and traveling to different areas.
This is a casual employment position with an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
