Salary: Stream A, Level 4.1 from $ 85,075.44 per annum + superannuation

About the role:
The OD Project Officer plays a key role in supporting the OD Team to achieve agreed people outcomes. You'll manage and coordinate established projects, assist senior project leads on more complex initiatives, and help deliver impactful organisational development solutions across the design, development, implementation and evaluation phases.
Working under general direction, you will provide trusted advice and project coordination to staff at all levels. Your work will enable the OD team to partner effectively with stakeholders and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management & Engagement
* Engage, influence and coordinate stakeholders including Project Sponsors, Managers and staff to support the successful design and delivery of OD initiatives.
* Build internal and external relationships that enable effective partnership and ensure stakeholders remain informed.
* Consult with stakeholders to translate needs into clear project briefs.
* Coordinate communications and events that support key people initiatives.
* Facilitate and deliver inductions, workshops and information sessions for diverse employee groups.
Project Management
* Manage small to medium OD projects across varied business contexts.
* Support project leads with more complex initiatives through all project phases.
* Analyse research, data and industry trends to inform evidence-based OD solutions.
* Collate and interpret data for reporting and evaluation.
* Assist in developing communication and engagement plans to drive change readiness and adoption.
Learning & Development
* Contribute to the creation of high‑quality eLearning content that supports organisational capability development.
* Support the design of engaging, accessible and interactive digital learning experiences.
* Update existing modules to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
* Monitor learner feedback and performance analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Process & System Improvement
* Maintain up-to-date OD process documentation.
* Identify, recommend and implement process improvements.
* Keep informed of contemporary OD trends, methodologies and best practice.
About You:
You will bring your passion for OD, your ability to coordinate multiple priorities and your strong communication skills to a team that values collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
You will have:
* Demonstrated experience leading small to medium OD projects.
* Experience designing, delivering and coordinating OD initiatives in a professional setting.
* High‑level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret governance documents and provide sound advice.
* Coaching and facilitation skills grounded in evidence-based practice.
* Strong digital capability, including HRIS, training databases, enterprise‑endorsed AI tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work in a fast‑paced, outcomes-focused environment.
* Initiative, autonomy and a continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements
Current "C" Class Driver's Licence.
