Overview
The Role: We are seeking a forward‐thinking finance professional to drive transformation across financial planning, reporting and operational processes. This role focuses on improving efficiency, insight and control through automation, advanced financial modelling and continuous improvement. Working with autonomy and influence, you will redesign and optimise finance processes, deliver high‐quality analysis to support decision‐making, and challenge existing practices to strengthen the effectiveness of the Finance function.

* Base salary $107K-$117K
The Job
* Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and month‐end processes.
* Lead reviews of finance processes, challenging legacy practices and designing scalable, efficient solutions.
* Develop and maintain streamlined workflows, data extracts, dashboards, and reports using SAP, Power BI and related systems.
* Standardise, document, and continuously improve finance processes to enhance accuracy, transparency, and governance.
* Act as a change agent within Finance and Product & Technology, embedding a continuous improvement mindset.
* Support month‐end and year‐end processing, including journals, accruals, prepayments, labour charging and capitalisation.
* Ensure compliance with ABC financial policies, procedures and governance requirements.
* Support business areas to maintain accurate contract registers, including commitments, forecasts and variations.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing clear financial advice and insight.
* Contribute positively to the Finance and Product & Technology teams, supporting collaboration and shared outcomes.

About You
You are a qualified finance professional who brings sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. You prioritise effectively, meet deadlines in dynamic environments, and communicate confidently across all levels of the organisation to achieve productive outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
* Advanced financial modelling expertise, including complex, multi‐variable models and scenario analysis frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience automating finance processes and improving operational efficiency.
* Strong systems and data capability, with experience in tools such as SAP (Finance and HR), SAP Analytics, Anaplan, advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
* Proven ability to challenge the status quo and implement sustainable change within a structured environment.
* Highly developed financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights for non‐finance stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high‐quality reporting and presentations.
* Strong teamwork skills with demonstrated leadership capability.
