About the Role
We are seeking an experienced banking professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. This role will involve building and managing a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients, with a focus on providing expert advice and solutions to support their growth and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
* Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters
* Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand client portfolios
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide integrated solutions for clients
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in agribusiness and/or commercial banking
* Strong knowledge of the commercial/agri banking industry and its financial needs
* Strategic mindset focused on growth and innovative solutions
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Able to build strong referral networks and long-term customer relationships
