About your opportunity:
You will lead a portfolio that includes:
Culture Transformation - Driving values‑based engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee recognition programmes, and leadership development to improve the employee experience.
Workforce Planning - Delivering strategic workforce design and planning to meet current and future service needs, including student placement programs, early talent initiatives, and pipelines to attract and retain a skilled workforce.
Leadership Development- Strengthening leadership capability through structured programmes, management development, and career progression pathways.
Capability Development - Enhancing the capability of existing staff through professional development opportunities, targeted training programmes, and skills development aligned with compliance and competency frameworks.
About you:
* You have proven ability to design and deliver complex, organisation‑wide workforce strategies
* You can demonstrate success in leading large‑scale reform, culture change, and leadership development initiatives in complex, regulated environments
* You are successful in translating complex workforce data and research into actionable insights, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and best‑practice workforce solutions
* You have highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
* You are experienced in leading and developing high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams and managing financial, human, and project resources to deliver strategic objectives
