Job Description:
This role is responsible for delivering and continuously improving the student mentor program within the Business School. The position will work closely with academics and senior management to achieve this goal.
The mentor program aims to support students in adapting to university life, navigating major and career-related choices, and engaging with extra-curricular opportunities.
The successful candidate will design, deliver, and improve the mentoring experience across the Business School, integrating mentors into subject activities, supporting subject coordinators, and guiding tutors on effective mentor engagement.
