Your new role
As an experienced landscaper, you'll work across multiple sites and support both landscaping and construction tasks. This is a hand‑on role where you'll work independently at times and as part of a team to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Your duties may include:
* General landscaping, gardening, and grounds maintenance
* Reading plans, interpreting levels, and setting out work
* Edging, paving, concrete preparation, compacted gravel surfaces, irrigation, soft landscaping, and boulder/log placement.
* Synthetic grass base prep and installation
* Operating hand tools, excavators (1.8T-5.5T), and skid steers
* Assisting with organising materials, equipment, and daily job tasks
* Maintaining safety standards and keeping work areas tidy
* Reporting progress to the site foreman
What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years' experience in landscaping, grounds/maintenance, or civil construction
* Confident using tools and operating machinery
* Excavator and skid steer experience
* Cert III in Landscape Construction (preferred)
* Manual driver's licence
* MR truck licence (desirable)
* White Card
* WWVP and Police Check
* Strong safety mindset and ability to work without supervision
* Proactive attitude and passion for outdoor work
