About the Role
This key consultant position involves formulating best practices, redesigning processes, and evaluating/trialling Trust and Custody services through innovative ideas and problem-solving skills. The primary goal is to ensure overall client satisfaction by coordinating efforts of the service team, allocating resources for timely deliverables, and resolving issues efficiently.
A complete understanding of clients' business objectives, goals, and market challenges is essential. Assist Relationship Managers in counselling clients on emerging issues, bank products/services, legal/regulatory changes, and general financial environment, interpreting the impact on clients' activities and banking services.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
