The role:
Position:Chef - Cook
Hours:Full / Part time / Casual - negotiable with the successful candidate
Location:Red Energy Arena (Restaurant 91) and The Borough Club
What you'll be doing
Deliver consistently high-quality menu items that meet presentation and taste standards
Work effectively under pressure to ensure timely delivery of food during service periods
Monitor supplies in accordance with volume / menu requirements.
Advise Head Chef of requirements as necessary.
Assist with broader kitchen operations including food preparation, cleaning and equipment handling
Comply with OH&S and Food Handling and Safety regulations
About you
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (Australia), would be looked upon favourably
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
Experience in high volume and fast paced kitchens
Experience and ability to work with diverse teams and make decisions under pressure
Ability to work weekends, nights and public holidays
Be at the forefront of regional Victoria's most exciting sports & events precinct
