Overview
We are a dynamic, established real estate company with an experienced sales and property management team based in beautiful Margaret River. We are task and process driven and we are looking for the right person who is excited by the prospect of running their own rent roll within a larger team and with good admin support.
Experience is preferred, but not essential, as we will provide you with comprehensive on-the-job training.

- We currently work with PropertyMe; any experience you may have in property management systems is welcome.
- The position is available for an immediate start and a comprehensive job handover will be provided.
- If you are successful in gaining the position you will be responsible for: ensuring the property portfolio runs smoothly and is maintained in a professional manner.
- Assisting in the maintenance of our property management database.
- Promptly resolving property management issues.
- Coordinating, managing and reporting on ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections.
- Ensuring all maintenance issues are promptly dealt with in line with owner instruction.
- Managing rental arrears to ensure the best returns for owners.

- Standard office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
- You will be provided with a salary plus a motor vehicle allowance and a phone allowance as well as a fuel card.

What we are looking for in you
- Previously enjoyed working in an office environment and have previous property management experience - preferred but not essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent computer skills.
- A willingness to work and contribute towards team success.
- An ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A willingness to learn about us, our systems and the way we do things.
- A current Registration as a Property Manager or a willingness to achieve this aim.
- Being a team worker would enhance your enjoyment of the job.
