About the Role:
The Rooms Division Manager (RDM) is a key leadership role responsible for the entire Front of House operation. The RDM coordinates and oversees all activities within Front Office, working closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Maintenance Manager, Guest Services and Reservations Manager to ensure seamless and outstanding guest experiences from booking to check-out.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role at a hotel, with a passion for people and creating amazing guest experience.
* Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organised.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Knowledge of local area and hotel services is an advantage.
* Could at problem solving and adaptable to different situations.
* Solid reading and writing abilities for handling guest requests, logging issues, and completing documentation accurately.
* Basic math skills for managing cash and credit transactions confidently and correctly.
* A current valid driver's licence
