Are you a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in dynamic environments? This is an exciting opportunity to support an entrepreneurial CEO in a rapidly growing tech business based on the Gold Coast. While the role offers flexibility to work remotely, regular travel to the Gold Coast will be required.
About the role:
We're looking for a confident EA who can keep pace with a fast-moving leader and business. You'll take ownership of managing a busy calendar and inbox, coordinate national and international travel, and be hands-on with event management – from major client functions to internal staff events.
Responsibilities
Complex diary and inbox management for the CEO
Coordinating travel and logistics across multiple time zones
Planning and executing major client events and staff events
Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders
Providing proactive support to ensure the CEO stays one step ahead
Qualifications
Previous EA experience supporting at a senior level
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to forward plan
Strong event management skills, ideally with exposure to large-scale functions
A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
Willingness to travel to the Gold Coast as part of the role
