Summary of Position - ChefYour responsibilities will include planning menus, preparing and cooking, overseeing the quality of dishes, controlling the stock and supplies, supervising and training of new staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation practices.To be successful candidate you need to have:Relevant AQF qualification in Commercial Cookery and HospitalityExcellent communication skillPositive working attitudeGood team playersAt least one year relevant experienceSummary of Position - CookPrepare vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
